Atlantic Salmon Habitat Conservation in the Bedeque Bay Watershed

This project will focus on restoring and improving critical Atlantic salmon habitat in the Lower Dunk River, Lower McCardle’s, Bell’s Hole and the Wilmot River. Techniques that will be used include: construction of deflectors to scour and deepen pools, placement of large boulders, construction of brush mats and removal of in-stream debris.
